TWO more people have been arrested in Royston in relation to the supply of Class A drugs.
A Barnsley North East NPT spokesperson said: “This takes the total individuals who have been arrested for drug supply offences in the Royston/Carlton area in November alone to eleven.
“Two further individuals have been arrested in the Royston area yesterday on suspicion of being involved in the supply of class A drugs, after a vehicle was stopped and searched on Midland Road in Royston.
“One of the occupants in the vehicle was also wanted for a burglary out of force area from January 2024, and was further arrested in relation to this.”
They have both been bailed pending enquiries.
