PLANNING permission is being sought to install new electric vehicle charging points at a supermarket.
If approved, the four new chargers will be added to the Morrisons in Brampton.
A report states: “The proposals relate to the provision of four electric vehicle charging points and eight electric vehicle charging bays.
“The proposals do not raise any concerns regarding adverse impact on amenity in terms of surrounding land uses.
“The area will be well-lit and does not raise any concerns from an antisocial behaviour standpoint.”
The plans can viewed on Rotherham Council’s planning portal.
