An application for the new businesses to be based at Peel Street was originally submitted in October. These plans were given the green light by Barnsley Council’s planning board earlier this month.
PLANS to install solar panels on the roof of an Ingbirchworth pub have been approved by the council. An application for work to take place at the Fountain Inn, on Wellthorne Lane, was originally submitted to the council in October. These plans were approved by the council earlier this month.
PLANS to change the use of a Kendray property into a house have been approved by Barnsley Council. The property, on Reginald Road, is currently used as an ancillary to Neville Court Care Home. Plans were originally submitted in October, before being given the green light by Barnsley Council’s planning board earlier this month.
PLANS to erect a new property in Lundwood have been approved by Barnsley Council. An application for work to take place adjacent to Lund Close were originally submitted in August this year. The plans were given the green light by the council’s planning board earlier this month.
PLANS to erect a single-storey detached outbuilding in Oxspring have been approved by the council. An application to remove a gate, shed and fence at a property on Mayfield were originally submitted in July. These plans were given the green light by Barnsley Council’s planning board earlier this month.
