A KENDRAY police offier will be running 26 miles across London to raise money for charity.
PC Fran Robbs, who is an ex-rugby player, will be participating in the Virgin Money London Marathon on April 28 to raise money for The Rugby Injured Players Foundation.
The charity provides support and information to rugby players who have suffered catastrophic spinal cord or traumatic brain injuries, which have resulted in permanent disability, whilst playing rugby in England at any level and at any age.
She said: “I am looking forward to the challenge and raising money for such an amazing charity.
“No donation is too small and I would like to thank you for your support.”
