A FLY-TIPPER from Stoke-on-Trent who dumped waste in Barnsley has been fined.
Steven Hughes, 63, admitted leaving bricks, rubble and other household waste on December 12 last year.
Having appeared at Barnsley Magistrates’ Court last week, he was fined £120, told to pay the council’s court costs of £250 and a £48 surcharge, totalling £418.
