SOUTH Yorkshire Fire & Rescue are looking for on-call firefighters and are inviting anyone interested along to a Have A Go event next week.
A SYFR spokesperson said: “Looking for a fresh start in 2025? We're looking for on-call firefighters to join us at these stations across the county.”
The stations looking for on-call firefighters are Dearne, Penistone, Stocksbridge, Askern, Birley and Rossington.
If you want to find out more and see what's involved they’re holding a Have A Go event at Rossington Fire Station on WednesdayJanuary 8 between 6pm and 8pm.
