RESIDENTS in Darton are being encouraged to nominate any local superstars for a council-run award.
Darton West Ward Alliance has announced the return of the much-anticipated Stars of Darton Awards, set to take place this March.
The community event aims to honour the unsung heroes of Darton West who go above and beyond to make a difference in their local area.
Nominations are currently open and close on January 24 – to nominate someone, contact the North Area Team via email at northteam@barnsley.gov.uk or by calling 01226 77301.
