THE rainbow pride flag will be flying at Barnsley Town Hall this month.
The flag has been raised to celebrate LGBTQ+ History Month.
A council spokesperson said: “To demonstrate our commitment to diversity and equality, we’ve raised the rainbow pride flag on our beautiful town hall, which we’ll keep flying throughout February.
“It’s an opportunity to learn about our LGBTQ+ heritage and celebrate our diverse communities, whilst building an inclusive borough where everyone feels equal.”
