A DEVELOPER has secured a new site after exchanging contracts on 18.5 acres of land.
Subject to planning consent, Avant Homes outlined plans to build 300 homes on land off Thurnscoe Bridge Lane, Thurnscoe.
The housebuilder anticipates submitting plans for the proposed development in September.
