A PARCEL of land in Hoyland which has planning permission for up to 77 houses has been put up for sale.
Watling Real Estate has been instructed on behalf of joint administrators from Interpath to sell a major portfolio of six residential development sites across Yorkshire.
The Barnsley site is at Chandlers Vale, off Wood Walk in Hoyland, and is an 8.9-acre development with consent for 77 houses and six apartments. Offers are invited to purchase the site.
