A MAN whose Rolex watch was seized by police under the Proceeds of Crime Act will appear in court in August.
Samuel Robinson, of West Street, Hoyland, had his watch - valued at £13,250 - taken by police, as well as £3,746 in cash.
Applications for the seizure orders’ extensions were granted at Barnsley Magistrates’ Court last week.
He will next appear on August 22.
