A CHRISTMAS food collection at a Barnsley veterinary surgery led to a huge 700kg of food and other pet supplies being donated to local pet rescues.
The Pet Vet Barnsley helped Barnsley Royston Animal Welfare, BARC, Noah’s Ark, Barnsley & District Animal Welfare and Henry’s Haven.
Head Nurse Jacqueline says: “We would like to thank everyone who donated so generously. The donations have made a massive difference to these local organisations, and the teams were so appreciative when they came to the surgery to collect."
