A CHARITY walk is taking place next month as part of a fundraiser to mark World Cancer Day.
On Tuesday February 4, Barnsley Healthcare Federation will be hosting a fundraising day in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support, and everyone is invited to join in.
Charity walkers will meet at the Macmillan booth at Barnsley Hospital at 12 noon, with the walk starting at 1pm and going through Barnsley town centre, along the TPT to BHF Priory Centre in Lundwood.
This will be followed from 3pm by light refreshments at Priory Campus with support from information and advice services at Barnsley Healthcare Federation.
