A BUSINESSMAN who allegedly sold more than 1,800 illegal cigarettes to customers will appear in court on Thursday.
Parwar Shabroy, of Hoyland Mini Mart on King Street, is also accused of selling 45 pouches of hand-rolling tobacco that breached health warning guidelines.
The 31-year-old will appear at Barnsley Magistrates’ Court on Thursday.
