DELAYS are expected as roadworks get underway at several locations over the coming weeks.
Gas repair works will be taking place in Cundy Cross later this month. Motorists have been warned that delays are likely whilst the work takes place on Rotherham Road. Cadent are responsible for the work which will take place between September 23 and 24.
An Ardsley road will be closed for resurfacing works later this month. Roehampton Rise – from St Paul’s Parade to the end of the street – will be closed between September 23 and 27. Motorists have been warned to expect delays whilst the work takes place.
Temporary traffic lights will be in place for three days in Birdwell next week. The lights will be in place on Sheffield Road from next Friday until Sunday while The Electricity Network conduct works. Motorists have been warned to expect delays whilst the work takes place.
