TWO former garage sites have gone up for auction.
Land on Windmill Avenue, in Grimethorpe, has been put for auction by Barnsley Council and is being sold by Mark Jenkinson. A guide price for the land, which will be up for auction until April 30, has been set at £25,000.
And a second piece of land in Thurnscoe which has full residential planning permission has also been put up for auction.
The site, off Merrill Road, is at auction with Mark Jenkinson until April 30. The former garage site has consent for three three-bedroom detached houses and parking spaces. It has a guide price of £60,000.
