A NEW comedy about the misinterpretations of men’s mental health is coming to the Civic next month.
Big Strong Man will arrive at the town centre theatre on October 25, and aims to use humour to delve in the difficult topic and spark conversations about northern working-class masculinity.
Produced by Doncaster-based Growth House, it has been made in response to the disproportionate suicide and depression rates in working class men and features four northern men using their fast-paced improve and physical comedy style to create a powerful, yet funny show.
