BARNSLEY Hospice has announced the winner of its fundraising lottery.
Liam Dyson was surprised when he learnt he’d won the Christmas prize draw – which saw him take home a hamper prize – as he was simply happy to help out the Gawber-based hospice.
He said: “We are more than happy to support the brilliant work of Barnsley Hospice through their hospice lottery.
“It was a nice surprise to get a knock on the door and be handed this wonderful hamper – thank you.”
