A BARNSLEY Hospital porter has a busy couple of months ahead as he steps up his fundraising for 2025.
Luke Callaghan, from Brierley, will be doing a sky dive on February 22 to raise funds for Barnsley Hospital Charity.
It’s his second skydive after he raised £1,170 last year.
Then come March 23 Luke will be continuing his daredevil fundraising with a shark dive for the charity’s new appeal!
“Our Breast Care Appeal will support a transformation of our dedicated Breast Unit where patients receive breast care. Patients are seen by our specialist doctors, nurses and radiology team for consultations, imaging assessment and biopsies,” said Luke.
“This will make a big difference to our patients who attend Barnsley Hospital and all donations are appreciated.”
Luke was nominated for a Proud of Barnsley award in 2024 in recognition of his fundraising.
