TWO local libraries are set to close later this month as part of the council’s refurbishment scheme.
Darfield Library will close on September 24 followed by Goldthorpe Library the day after.
Both are expected to reopen in the new year.
A council spokesperson said: “We would like to apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you, but we are very excited for you to see the updated spaces next year.”
