HOSPITAL porter Luke Callaghan is ready to take on his second sky-dive of the year.

Luke, from Brierley, raised £1,170 on his first challenge and on September 22 he will do it all again.

He is once again raising money for Barnsley Hospital Charity and this time his fundraising will go towards buying televisions for wards in the hospital.

Luke has so far raised £330 of his £500 target.

“The first skydive was fantastic and I can’t wait to do it again.

“Next year I will be taking myself up in the sky again and doing a wing walk for the hospital charity.”

Luke has been nominated for a Proud of Barnsley award this year in recognition of his fundraising.
