A ROAD in the town centre is closed one-way for the rest of the week for essential maintenance.

Summer Lane will be closed one-way to allow traffic to travel from Townend roundabout.

This comes following a burst water main causing essential work to be completed on the road.

Works are expected to last throughout the week.
