ELSECAR park and nature reserve has won the Green Flag award for its excellent green spaces.
This is the ninth time the nature reserve has won the award which recognises the best parks and green spaces across the country.
A Green Flag is a sign to the public that Elsecar park provides the highest possible standards, is beautifully maintained and has excellent facilities.
Coun Jenny Platts said: “Well done to all of the people involved in making Elsecar park a great place to visit. We are very proud of our award winning park and the facilities it offers”.
