EUROPE'S most stomach-churning rides are in Barnsley this weekend.
The fairground has rolled into the car parks at Barnsley FC and will be there until Monday night.
Organiser Roger Tuby says for the next three days he is taking thrills to amazing heights with his new ride, Devil Rock.
The ride, which has been imported from Holland, spins and races its daring riders up to a height of 75 feet before returning to earth in free fall.
Roger said: "Rides appeal to all the family, but when we were looking to buy Devil Rock we wanted something a bit more thrilling. We have certainly achieved a white-knuckle experience with this."
The fair opens on Friday at 5.45pm and there will be free rides for the first 15 minutes thanks to Barnsley FC. It reopens on Saturday from 2pm until 10pm, on Sunday 2pm to 7pm and Monday 6pm to 10pm.
