BARNSLEY Council is expecting bin collections to be disrupted this week and has issued advice to residents.
A council spokesperson said: “We expect bin collections to be disrupted this week, with the snow affecting safe access for our collection vehicles and crews.
“If your bin is due for collection on Tuesday January 7, please put it out as normal and we'll try to collect it if it's safe to do so.”
