BARNSLEY College horticulture students visited Oakwell recently and picked up some tips from the club’s groundsman.
A college spokesperson said: “The groundsman shared his expertise on the different grass seeds used and the meticulous care that goes into keeping the pitch in top condition.
“We’re so grateful to Barnsley Football Club for this valuable and inspiring experience. Thank you for supporting the next generation of horticulture professionals!”
