A MAN who breached the requirements of a court-imposed order has been re-sentenced.
Dale Nolan, of no fixed abode, was originally convicted of threatening to burn a woman’s house down in November 2023.
The 33-year-old was told to comply with a community order but he admitted breaching its terms at Barnsley Magistrates’ Court at a hearing last Monday.
Nolan was re-sentenced to a total of 20 rehabilitation days which must be completed over the next 12 months.
