A LOCAL fire station is hosting a have-a-go event aimed at anyone who would like to become an on-call firefighter for South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue.
The recruitment event will take place at Penistone Community Fire Station, Sheffield Road, Springvale, S36 6HN, on Wednesday December 4, 5.30-8pm.
Attendees can try out different exercises and talk to staff.
