A FLY-TIPPER who was charged with dumping waste has been bailed ahead of a court hearing.
Daniel Williams, of Hough Lane, Wombwell, appeared at Barnsley Magistrates’ Court on February 13. As part of a Barnsley Council investigation, the 34-year-old was found to have dumped household waste on Osborne Street, Barnsley, last April. He was bailed in order for a pre-sentence report to be compiled ahead of the next hearing on March 6.
A MAN who failed to comply with the terms of a court-imposed community order has been fined £400. Brian Shaw, of Fenn Road, Tankersley was told to complete a spell of unpaid work as part of an assault conviction. However, the 29-year-old failed to provide an acceptable reason for missing appointments and was subsequently fined.
AN arrest warrant has been issued for a Goldthorpe man. Wayne Smith, of Washington Road, failed to attend a hearing at Barnsley Magistrates’ Court having breached a community order. A warrant was issued for the 52-year-old.
A MOTHER who failed to make sure her children attended school has been slapped with a £589 bill. Zoe Hall, of High Street, Hoyland, was fined in her absence at Barnsley Magistrates’ Court earlier this month. The 36-year-old was fined £360, told to pay a £144 surcharge and court costs of £85.
AN arrest warrant has been issued for Sebastian Zagor, of Princess Street, who failed to attend a hearing at Barnsley Magistrates’ Court having breached a community order. A warrant was issued for the 29-year-old.
AN arrest warrant has been issued for a suspected fly-tipper. Harvey Bratby, of Monkspring, Worsbrough, is accused of dumping household waste at St Thomas’ Church, on Bank End Road, also Worsbrough. He failed to attend his hearing at Barnsley Magistrates’ Court and a warrant was issued in his absence.
