LOCAL MP Marie Tidball visited Penistone Grammar School where she discussed her journey into Parliament with politics students.
Year 12 politics students met with the MP for Penistone and Stocksbridge to learn more about her role, how she found herself a position in Parliament, and the regular challenges she faces.
During the session, students had the opportunity to discuss the political issues that matter most to them, leading to engaging and thought-provoking conversations.
Marie also extended an exciting invitation for students to visit Parliament and witness democracy in action.
