A SHOP owner who sold ‘unsafe’ products from multiple premises will appear at Barnsley Magistrates’ Court next month.
Pirathaf Balasingam faces nine charges relating to items which were for sale at Last Orders Food and Wine, Wombwell, and Darfield Super Store.
Balasingam, of Bond Street, Wombwell, is alleged to have sold sweets which breached food safety regulations having concealed allergenic information.
He will next appear at court on September 12.
