PENISTONE and Stocksbridge MP Marie Tidball discussed her constituency with Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer last week.
Ms Tidball, who was elected following July’s general election, met with the Prime Minister to tell him about the opportunities Penistone and Stocksbridge could have with his support.
She said: “It was a pleasure to get to meet with the Prime Minister last week to talk with him about our constituency of Penistone and Stocksbridge, and the amazing potential opportunities for growth and investment here.
"I also mentioned the excellent community football teams we have, including Penistone Church FC and its history in the development of the modern game of association football.”
