A BUSINESS owner who is accused of breaching food information standards will appear at Barnsley Magistrates’ Court this week.
Headi Ibrahim, of King Street, Barnsley, was charged with breaching both the Food Safety 1990 Act and the Food Safety and Hygiene Regulations 2013.
He allegedly failed to ensure that mandatory information for sale at Hoyland Mini Mart, on King Street, was provided in English, as well as failing to disclose allergenic information.
He will appear on Thursday.
