PENISTONE’S Market Barn and skate park have both been included on South Yorkshire Police’s hit list for antisocial behaviour.
An ‘ongoing approach’ status has been issued to the locations, which will see officers work alongside Barnsley Council staff due to residents’ concerns.
A statement said: “We have increased patrols in the area and enforcement has been carried out, as well as diversion work.
“This will continue to be an ongoing, joint approach.”
