A LOCAL man is organising a minute's applause for during Barnsley's home match against Derby this weekend, in memory of a mum who lost her battle with cancer last month.

Shelley Jones Chadburn passed away on July 19 at the age of 30.

Her uncle, Tony Tilling, is organising the minute's applause for the game this Saturday. It will take place in the 30th minute.

He has also arranged for Shelley's son, Caiden, eight, to be a mascot for the occasion.

Caiden will be joined his two sisters, Ellie, seven, and Millie, six, in the Club 64 hospitality suite with their dad Lee, and Shelley's mum.
