A GROUP of students from Barnsley College are planning to launch their own clothing line after gaining inspiration from Wayne Rooney's relatives.
The art and design students - with a budget of just £1 each - have produces a series of urban fashion T-shirts using textile spray paints. Sissy Rooney, who is related to footballer Wayne Rooney, is a fashionista who founded ‘Streetstyle Surgery’ - she helped them launch the project. Sissy Rooney said: “It was fantastic to watch their creative talents run riot, and they ended up with some really impressive results. “Eventually the students plan to use their skills to launch an independent line of clothing and I’m sure it’ll be a raging success.”
