AUTHOR Chrissie Yates will be a special guest at a local book club this week.
The Book Club Social will take place on Monday at the Library @ the Lightbox, from 5.30pm until 7pm.
A spokesperson said: “Are you interested in joining a readers’ group?
“If so, then come along to the next Book Club Social to find out more.
“You can also listen to our very special guest, author Chrissie, who will talk about her hugely popular crime books, which are set locally.
“The Penistone-based author will chat about the writing and publishing processes, followed by a Q and A session.
“The event is free.”
