PLANS to build two new properties in Darfield have been approved by the council.
An application for work to take place adjacent to Pitt Street was originally submitted to the council in July. These plans were given the green light by the council’s planning board last week.
PLANNING permission is being sought to demolish a number of garages in Cawthorne. If approved, the garages at Clay Hall Farm, on Darton Road, will be demolished. The application is currently being considered by the council’s planning board.
PLANS to demolish a Monk Bretton conservatory and replace it with an extension have been approved by the council. An application for work to take place on Monk Terrace was submitted in January. These plans were given the green light last week.
PLANNING permission is being sought to demolish an extension on a Thurgoland property and replace it with another. An application for work to take place on Roper Lane was submitted to the council earlier this week. Sixteen neighbouring properties have been made aware of the plans with no appeals to date. Public consultation ends on March 25.
