PLANNING permission is being sought to convert a former pub into eight holiday lets.
If approved, the former Fitzwilliam Arms, on Hill Street in Elsecar, will be converted.
The plans included the demolition and reconstruction of parts of the building.
A total of 18 neighbouring properties have been made aware of the plans with no appeals to date.
Public consultation ends on February 21.
