A WOMBWELL man who failed to comply with the requirements of a community order has been fined £40.
Daniel Taylor, 29, of Ings Road, failed to attend a planned office appointment and an unpaid work appointment in November.
He also failed to provide any evidence or a reasonable excuse to justify why he missed them.
Taylor admitted the breach at Barnsley Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday and was fined £40, to be paid in two instalments.
