A SUSPECTED fly-tipper will appear at court next month.
Daniel Williams, of Hough Lane, Wombwell, was charged with breaching the Environmental Protection Act by depositing waste in an alleyway off Osborne Street, Barnsley, in April.
The 34-year-old will appear at Barnsley Magistrates’ Court on January 23.
