A LARGE parcel of land near a Grimethorpe industrial estate is currently at auction.
The 11.6-acre site, on Ferrymoor Way, has a guide price of approximately £200,000 on the Mark Jenkinson and Co website.
It is in an area allocated as an ‘area of investigation for potential employment development’ as part of the council’s local plan.
A report states: “This would assist anyone applying for planning permission, given it would provide employment opportunities in the area.
“Interested parties are encouraged to make their own enquiries with the local council.”
