IS Ted the pomchi Barnsley’s cutest dog? Well, his thousands of online followers certainly think so...
The 12-week-old has amassed more than 10,000 followers in a matter of days on social media platform Instagram.
But his owners, 35-year-old Kyle Powell and his girlfriend 36-year-old Jade Rishworth, from Cudworth, don’t really know why.
Kyle said: “We got Ted and he only weighs 400g.
“My partner set up an Instagram page and we woke up with 10,000 followers – it keeps going up by 500 in a short time period.
“He might be the most followed dog online in Barnsley. I don’t know why that is but it’s going up and up. I’m not sure if it’s because he’s so small or people find him cute – but it’s great.”
