A ROADSHOW to champion the town’s unpaid carers will return to Barnsley next week.
Organised by the Barnsley Healthcare Federation, the event will take place in the run-up to National Carers Week next Friday (June 7) at the Priory Centre in Lundwood.
There will be over 25 stalls at the free drop-in event with information on what support is available for unpaid carers.
A spokesperson said: “If you help look after a loved one in Barnsley, join us to learn more about the support that’s available to help you, connect with other carers and share your experiences with us.
“We will be joined throughout the day by a range of organisations that are here to help you.
“If you’re interested in joining us, you can pop down to the roadshow any time from 10am until 3pm.”
