THE developers behind plans to create a housing estate on a former Darfield School site say they hope to begin in April.

Rothstone Estates are planning on creating 20 bungalows as part of a social housing development for Together Housing on the Foulstone school site.

There are also plans to develop part of the site for shops - demolishing the former youth club.
