A 45-year-old woman was arrested after a collision in Royston yesterday.
Police were called to Lee Lane at around 9.16pm (April 22) after it was reported that a back Vauxhall Corsa collided with a tree.
A spokesperson for South Yorkshire Police said: “The driver of the car, a 45-year-old woman was arrested at the scene on suspicion of being over the prescribed limit.
“She has now been charged and released on bail to appear at court in May.”
