STAGECOACH has announced its regional Christmas services to help passengers plan ahead for their journeys over the festive period.
On December 19, the N27 and N66 nightbus services will operate additional buses leaving Barnsley Interchange at 00.25am, 01.25am, 02.25am and 03.25am on Saturday morning.
These will serve Birdwell, Hoyland, Elsecar, Cudworth, Brierley and Grimethorpe.
Up to and including December 23, all Stagecoach bus services in Barnsley will operate as normal. A Saturday service will run on Christmas Eve, with the last bus at around 7pm.
No buses will run on Christmas Day or Boxing Day.
Normal weekend services will operate on December 27 and 28, with the exception of N27 and N66 buses, which will not operate on these days. A Saturday service will operate on December 29 and 30.
A Saturday service will also run on New Year’s Eve, with the last bus at around 7pm. No buses will run on New Year’s Day.
A Saturday service will operate on January 2 and normal services resume from January 3. No megarider tickets will be extended over the festive period.
